mk1 vtr to mk1 vts engine both single plug help!!!

   Right ive just put a vts engine in my vtr both cars mk1 same year R reg, now im getting no spark theres a 9v feed to one wire on coil pack with ignition goes but this drops off wen fuel pump stops priming and when I crank it wont fire as I have no spark any idea? Tried coil pack and crank sensor and earthed engine straight to battery still no joy I even brought another unlocked ecu just to make sure any idea welcome please someone have an answer its giving me a head ache!

   Yes I have I changed coilpack and cranksensor

   I may be a bit retarded here, but isn't there a relay that corrosponds to the coilpacks?

   Yh and also does fuel pump its located under ecu ive changes it already no joy
