just done mine and it wont start, but is has been over 2 weekends, result all back in one piece and no bits left over. could i have made a mistake with crank sensor? where is it / colour. everything seems and sounds fine but not firing.

will i get a spark if crank sensor fault

just checked i have a spark, sounds loads better, fuel coming through, when cranking after a 10 second burst i get a pop.

i commented on a different thread, when the head went to be skimmed i left cam pulley in place, engineer removed and whilst cracking nut the pulley and of course cam turned, when put pulley back on it went from say 1 oclock (locked position ) to 11 oclock, i followed advice and just turned it back to the 1oclock position, could this be 180 out as when fitting belt crank and cam were aligned.

Split this into it's own thread so it's not clogging up the guide.

    Cheers
