#3Yes it will physically fit, but it's a bad idea.
The poverty spec shafts are too long for the sports box - and the end of the shaft can hit the diff causing problems. Highly recommended you don't fit it. -
#7The reason im looking another box is because mine has killed itself and the only 1.0/1.1 boxes around are 50miles away

^ that one's sold, but a post in the wanted section and I bet you'd get one. They go for about £50 Vs a VTR box that goes for about £90, so you should be quids in. -
#9Really will be quite terrible with the hugely long VTR box on a 1.1
-
#10ye it will but i wudnt advise it i tryed it its like pulling away in 3rd use a diesel box
-
#11News to me because shafts with and without bearing are the same length overall.Quote:Yes it will physically fit, but it's a bad idea.

VTR box is a diesel box, but with a shorter first and second gear. -
#12a vtr box will make a 1.1 even slower than it already is
-
#13Just get another 1.1 box, they are plentiful and cheap
