16v cam "holders" what torque/sequence refitting?

   Hey. Anyone know what tourque the cam "holders" is fitted with, i.e recently changed the valve steams and not sure what torque or sequence retightening.

   Cam ladders?
   
   There is a thread somewhere in the archives with the sequencing for them, or have a search for a newmans or catcams online pdf guide - iirc the sequencing is in them

   Dual stage tightening:
   
   stage 1: 2Nm
   stage 2: 8NM
   
   Start in the middle, work outwards - like headbolts.
