Saxo VTR Fault Code P0443

    Have this fault code on my VTR, had it plugged in and error message is 'Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit'
    When turning the car on it smells strong of fuel also.

    Not sure where the unit is located

    anyone help??

    Drivers side front wing(under the plastic splash guard)

    Most people remove & discard as they don`t do anything.

    Nah you`ll be ok just block off any relevant pipes etc.

    My evap pipe has snapped clean in half... Ive just left it but should i plug it then?
