[Solved] Decat and manifold problem picture

   Hey fitted a decat pipe and a unknown brand manifold today other than one bolt snapping all went well
   
   Intill I drove off, the bottom of the gear linkage is hitting and vibrating on the bolt end of the decat pipe and isn't going into reverse properly it's hitting and just about going into place ad vibrating like mad
   
   Mk1 1999 vtr
   
   Any one come across this problem before?
   
   Any other info needed just ask please

   Solved
   
   Removed the decat pipe cut a section out for the gear linkage to pass through still a slight rattle from that but bearable
   
   The anti roll bar - we removed the flange on the decat pipe twisted the the pipe to give the most clearance then re welded it
   
   
   It's a quick fix only proper solution I have come up with is replace the manifold due to it not sitting next the the gear box and sump correctly it has a bolt hole to bolt onto the gear box but it doesn't sit any where near there for its off centre so the rest of the exhaust doesn't sit where it should

   Had the same problem on my last vtr although i could vet all my gears but it was vibrating like hell through the gear stick. Basically the chances are its because its cheap aftermarket parts

   I've had the decat on before no problem dunno why it's catching now ?? It's all fitted ok but strange how it doesn't wanna play ball now the new manifold is on
