brakes

   i have a vtr,,,new brakes front and rear,,,and the brake pedel is crap....any body else ever had this problem

   As in brakes are spongy? When you say new brakes front and rear do you mean just new discs/ pads? Have then been bled?

   The brakes may need to bed in first.
   Does the pedal sink to the bottom and firm up after thhe secone pump of the pedal?

   pedel not spongy,,,thers good brakes but the pedel in full before they work,,,they were bled,,,,new discs and pads,,,back and front

   Its quiet hard to understand exactly whats happening with the way you have worded it.
   
   So you have replaced front and rear discs and pads, and carried out a brake fluid change?

   no i never changed the fluid

   what was bled then? did you add any fluid back in after they were bled?

   You shouldn't necessarily need to change the fluid. Did you clean off he brake discs before use and did you bed the brake pads in correctly?
