weird noise? electrics

   Just been out in the car, pulled up and took the keys out. There's a faint humming noise and the heater blower still works whilst the keys are out. Also if I use the indicators then a louder buzzing noise can be heard?. Any ideas please?

   Just checked and it seems to be the starter motor that's buzzing . I've disconnected the battery for now, but can't lock my car because of this...

   Lock the car, disconnect the battery then shut the bonnet?
   
   No idea why its buzzing though.

   Just realised its the power steering pump mate . The wires around it look fine. I've disconnected the battery for now, but can't remote lock my car and its been de-locked.

   I checked the 25a fuse for the pas, and rear window demister and its fine. When taking it out the buzzing stopped but the battery light was still slightly illuminated heaters still worked with ignition off...
