Saxo Reving Problems

   My Saxo VTS has started to rev at standstill at 2000 rpm. I have recently had the idle control valve replaced and the engine mount. What could this problem be?

   2 things spring to mind,a vacuum leak or a faulty tps.

   what idle control valve did u replace it with and why did you replace it in the first place? if its not a good genuine icv then that could be the problem

   A garage replaced the icv as I was having idling problems. Once changed everything was ok and then my engine and gearbox mounts went which I have just had replaced too.
