EML crank sensor

   Hi guys the eml came on on my mums 1.1 mk2 today so we took it to the garage to get it it pluged in and it came back as crank sensor ive just replaced it will the light of off on its own or do i need to get the code cleared as the light is still on?

   it may do it itself, as you have replaced it with new one you may want to reset ecu by disconnecting battery for few mins.

   as above, sometimes might stay on for a day or so after you have done that, but no need to get it cleared
