Trying to get the release bearing off my vtr box to put on a vts box. It pretty new only like 1000 miles old. It won't come off here's a picture of the old shaft and one of the new.

Hmm! Hard to make out, but where is the bearing off the clutch release bearing lol?!
Looks like the input shaft case on the first pic has taken a beating and become tapered haha.
Just get a new clutch release bearing for the new box, Looks like the old one is mullered / won't get it off in 1 peice!

has the release bearing been bonded to the input shaft? and as said, where is the bearing It should just be a lay on/press on fit that just engages with the clutch fork with the plastic clips.
Anyway, get that off somehow and check for play in the input shaft (none is right, some is too much) and the refit with a new bearing
