PAS Whining sound

   Hi, sometimes when I first start the car it my PAS will make a quite loud whining sound, it does eventually go away but I tend too turn it off and on untill it goes, I've noticed the fluid is brimmd too the top could this be the problem, please say it is

   As the power steering pump is electric sometimes the bushes stick, give it a tap with a chunk of wood and a hammer mate

   What colour is the fluid?Should be a reddish colour if its brown then it wants changing.

   On its way out or overfilled and needs bleeding.. Is the filler attached to slam panel or is it on the pump itself

   Yeah fluids red, and its attatchd too panel with a braided hose sorta things going down too pump
   
   Started doing it more and more often now, maybe they over filld it incase it made the sound when I bought it and they could use that as an excuse , estimate for pump?
