Saxo vtr spluttering at low revs

   My saxo vtr has developed a splutter at low revs, ticks over fine and drives fine after the spluttering stops, i'd say it starts at about 2000 revs when i put my foot down and lasts about a second or two. It's really annoying when pulling out of junctions, does it in all gears at low revs. Anyone any ideas? Since this has started i've changed my filter (Pipercross Cold air induction pipe and filter with breather hose) because i thought that was the problem but hasn't worked.

   By spluttering do you mean like a misfire?

   Tryed cleaning all sensors? Fuel filter? Quiet a few things it could be, had this in a C3 at my old work, i could never find the problem.

   Yes a misfire, only at really low revs. I'm going to order a new fuel filter, plugs and leads in a few days hopefully that should do the business.
