Clutch creak

    I recently fitted a new clutch and cable on my saxo 1.1, all has been fine and smooth but the past coupl weeks I've noticed the clutch pedal creaks when depressed any ideas what it could be?

    dry cable, pedal pivot or shaft that goes through the gearbox casing connected to the bearing throw arm

    It sounds like the arm that the cable connects onto, I sprayed some oil on it, has helped a little bit still there.
