car cutting out @ 3.5K! HELP

   HELP!
   
   I have changed my gearbox today, amongst other problems LOL. The car cuts out at 3.5K revs in every gear. i have all the sensors in the right place and all the plugs are clean etc.
   
   Any ideas what it could be?

   possibly whacked one of the sensors, shifted to engines btw more chance of an answer for this there

   u tryed the take the batery off for half an hour trick?

   it was the crank sensor on the gearbox. lol
