im getting this clicking when i engage a gear quickly but it doesnt do it all th time. sometimes fast, it click, sometmes slow.i rev match almost every time i downshift and so, havent noticed but when i go from 3rd to 2nd on just brakes, i hear it. again, not always but sometimes...
it makes a similar sound in 2nd if i lift off the throttle entirely, jolts as it should but also makes that same click. sounds a bit lik th click u get from pressing an empty bottle.
could this also cause a slower throttle response ( the car doesnt lurch forward as sharply when i tap the throttle from rolling 2nd gear)?hoping it's not a new clutch job as this one hasnst lasted me a year yet!
checked the throttle cable and that's tight, just as th new clamp has fastened the backbox.
