I have had my vtr for 4 months and had some new tyres on it almost straight away but I checked them today and the inside of them is just about bald. what could be causing this?

#2Front or rear?
Fronts - tracking check and adjust, also worth getting suspension checked for play such as track rod ends. Bottom arms etc. . .
Rears - F**ked axle? -
#3its the fronts. will get it all checked out

#4As said, probably excessive toe on front, worn top mount bearings, worn lower arm bushes or less likely for a Saxo incorrect lower arms fitted (some manufactures use different length arms).
Your basically experiencing excessive toe or camber on the front. Considering camber is not adjustable on a standard saxo you will have to look at other parts which could cause similar outcomes ie above

#5will get the top mounts looked at as I was going to replace them anyway. it has had a new lower arm on passengers side and still has original one on drivers side

#6top mounts are a gd place to start and changing the position of the 3 studs effects camber can castorQuote:will get the top mounts looked at as I was going to replace them anyway. it has had a new lower arm on passengers side and still has original one on drivers side
also check the toe - trackrod ends
other than that i would say rear axel could be fuked but still shudnt be major wear -
#7had new lower arm on drivers side fitted and tracking done. seems to have worked but will get top mounts replaced aswell
