ARB bolt's washer?

   Is the washer with the bolt that secures the ARB in place on the nearside supposed to be a split washer?
   
   I've started getting that squeeky noise again, which stopped when I tightened up this bolt last time. This time, I took it out, cleaned it and put on Loctite but still got the noise
   
   I thought maybe it should be a normal washer but it has broken? Or what else could be causing the noise?

   did you tighten the end plate closer to the rest of the antirollbar?
   
   sometimes it isnt just a case of tightening the bolt holding it on

   MIne has a flat washer.
