indicators not working need help

   hi hope this is in the right bit anyway my problem it i was working on my car every thing was fine but about 5-10 mins later go to put the indicators on to test them for a second time and just as well i did cus to my surprise they stopped working dont know why all i know is that the lights on the same stalk still work and the hazard lights still work so what could it be? i am not getting the lights on the dash when i use the indicators i dont know if that helps but the work normally of the hazards

   has it just happened? what work have you been doing on your car? it could of effected the indicators

   stalks could be shagged, common fault

   Mine are playing up, when I switch my indicator on it pops the fuse, any ideas on this, is it a relay or something silly

   faulty stalk makes a spark and blows the fuse up. Couldn't be arsed reading first post.

   I did not know it the hazards was on a different fuse so I will check it

   Well I checked it today and fuse is fine but it still won't work how do u test the stalk cus I hope its not that as I would have to get dash of to change it and that's a pain I would like to avoid if I can
