would a 06 fiesta zetec s have a vtr?

   Just out of interest would a zetec s be quicker than a vtr. My girlfriend just got one and keeps sayin its faster lol.i told her saxos weigh about 150kg less and same power so must be quicker surely.

   Not got my vtr now but sellin the pug and goin back to a vtr. So im sure i will on a private road.

    Because its all subjective, they're both similarly specced and taking age etc into the equation you'd be pretty close. But how would we know lol? This forum is full of "what's fastest, Saxo or fiesta" threads. They get annoying after a while. Neither are quick.

    Read the specs on each and see. Both are near enough 10 seconds to 60 as standard anyway

    Ive just bought a Zetec S, after having two VTRs, the chassis feels better, feels much more stable at speed and a lot more ridged, the handling is more predictable, the brakes are better, its more refined, quieter, more grown up, better built, more expensive to repair, more to insure, uses more fuel around town, looks better and despite feeling a little weedy low down in the revs the zetec feels quicker higher up.
    
    Both do 0-60 in a dick tingling 10 seconds or so. Its a little like saying which drink is better at a party, milk or apple juice? Both are shit and i would prefer a cocktail.
    If she is bullying you saying hers is faster, but a VTS and 'merk dat bitch innit'

    I wouldnt say the standard ST is slow, it just feels a bit "flat". Put an 185 or that 200 kit on it though and they get moving then.
    Zetec-s is just a low insurance "sporty look" luke warm hatch
