Important! : Running on 3 after hitting pothole help?!?

    Basically yesterday I was driving down a road and hit a pothole quite badly, the fuel cut off switch activated, so the car cut out, pressed the button for the fuel cut off and still no start, after plugging the car into the scanner cleared a code and since then cylinder number 4 is not firing and after removing the plugs and coilpack I noticed that spark plug number 4 was dripping (not exaggerated) off the plug? The car was running fine until this happened, can anyone shed some light (03plate 3plug vts)

    When you say dripping off the plug,what do you mean oil/fuel etc?

    Sounds like either the plug or coilpack imo. The sheer shock could've damaged the coilpack internally. Not a biggy if it is one, find a known working one and test it

    Shock broke the injector and its stuck open
    Or shock broke the coilpack
