Wind getting in!

  1. #1
Hi people. When I start driving and speed up above about 30mph there is a sound of wind coming into the car. The sunroof is tight and closed and so are the windows and air vents. It sounds as if its coming from the passenger side at the windscreen somewhere but everything seams sealed. Anyone else had this issue or know what to do? It's driving me mental!

    Cheers, Kyle

Cheers mate. Was the doors on your car noticeably sitting proud of the body work or did you just adjust it so the door sat inward slightly of the front wing as to not catch the air? I tried getting the missus to sit in the passenger seat and listen but she was useless!

Check the rubber seal that goes around the body of the car, when you open the door you`ll

see a seal running up from the floor down the A pillar & up the to the roof. They perish or sometimes just need pushing back down. Also on the outside of the door at the bottom of the window the seal can lift up sometimes.
