Important! : car wont switch off any ideas ??? help

    just done a vts converstion in my vtr iv spliced the wired and runs fine.and it worked like normal till a few weeks ago.my car wont switch of and have to stall it to switch it off. the ecu is unlocked and if i turn the key once and then switch off again it keeps going 3 times showing all the lights on dash and fuel goes up down then switches off i thort i sorted it but it come back again any ideas ??

    At a quess you`ve got an ignition wire connected where it shouldn`t be mate.

    yeah, ignition wire must be in the wrong place if it starts and wont switch off.

    but the car worked fine for a few weeks not it playing up ?? unles two wires a touching ??? maybe ??

    Yes could be the case,take your steering column cowling off,& put a test light on the wires mate.

    Your best bet is to get an auto electrician out to look at the wiring,i`m out of ideas.

    im just gona change to engine loom to 3 pin ecu
