106 interior

    Afternoon

Will a 106 interior just bolt straight into a saxo? I'm sure it will I just want to be 100% before I go look at one.

It should do mate I have 106 quicksilver seats in my furio only thing is the airbag connectors in front seats don't fit so you will need to cut plugs off and join wires together to get airbag light off Dash

    Fit fine.

Just take your existing pretensioners off fit them to the new seats,no cutting of wires needed.

Oh right a just cut and joined wires mainly because one of the plug clips were broke and kept coming loose on old seats so saves the hasel on new ones

if you have a one piece rear bench, you'll need the middle bracket for the 60/40 split gti rear bench

Thank for that I'll have to find out.

The 60/40 middle bracket, that'll be the same on standard 106s as well won't it? If he's not got it ill be able to get one from a scrap yard?

yeah its the same for all other 106's and saxos with split rear seats.

I think only vts's, gti's, and some 1.0l/1.1's have split rear seats

The seats will bolt straight in however if the rear are split then you may need the bracket to joint them in the middle if your seats are not split rears. Also check that they are with seat belt pre tensioners as you will have to swap over your seat belt buckle bit so that you can plug in the wire to stop the air bag light coming on The door cards will fit but will require some drilling so that you can use self tapping screws to hold them on as the saxo ones are only held on with clips and the 106 uses a mix of clips and screws. A,B and C pillars are all interchangeable i believe or at least they were when i changed them on my car.

I hope the 106 in the scrap yard is a split rear or it'll be a arse on. To track down a middle bracket will be a pain after my local yard turned thier VTS to a cube.

Cheers, I didn't even think about a 60/40 seat and if I hadn't known about the bracket I'd have been buying without knowing. Least I know what I might need so it won't be a surprise headache when I need one.
