Metal Bits You Screw Bolts into On Slam Panel

   On saxo slam panel n other places on car there are these things. They are square and fit or hook onto underside so you can bolt things down. Anyone know what they are called?! I need some.
   
   Also are the bolts m6 or 8 ? Ones that do cam covers,Cant remember

   Citroen they are 25p each but you need the tool to fix em in place mate. I took mine off and replaced them all with a normal flange nut and 3 tack welds to hold em in place.

   M6 on slam panel for everything apart from the 2 bolts in the top corners that bolt to the wings and they are m8.

   Same as cam cover ones aye? I thought m6 to start then convinced it was 8
