hi all scratches and rust help

   Hi all need help.
   
   I got up this morning and my car bonnet was scratched. How can i get them out ?
   
   
   
   
   
   And i looked under the car today and seen this. Will it pass an M.O.T or should i get it welded ?

   The rust is where the garage jacks the car up.

   wow that looks really bad, you will have to see how far it goes.

   Cut out and patch job that one. Just labour and raw material cost, you might be better off looking for a metal work shop that a garage.

   I have had the hammer on it and screwdriver and it goes no where else it's just where you can see on pics.

   My saxo went on one side in exactly the same place,there is a drainage hole that gets blocked allowing water to sit there.It cost me £120.00 & it passed its mot after welding.
