sheered rocker gasget cover bolt

   hi i own a 1999 vtr and i tightend the gaset bot to tight and its sheered off now the rocker gasket doesnt seal itself and is leaking oil how do i fix this please

   Fit a new stud. If you can't get the stud out you will have to drill it out and re tap it.

   Well it depends, has it snapped all the way in? If not try and get a pair of mole grips on it

   i've done this, get some molegrips to ease it out then get hold of another stud and a new rocker cover as you'll have warped it rollocking it down

   If its sticking out, Either get a stud extractor on it or weld another nut on top of it and gun it out. If its flat get the drill warned up!

    well if its sticking out a pair of mole grips will get it out easy enough, thats the easiest option
