Sunroof seal,or corrosion by it or possibly your aerial base needs sealing mate.

Get a new seal for both? Or just go crazy with some sealant.

Thats what i did to my old vts, had enough of cold showers in the morning every corner i took.
removed the sunroof, cleaned it all and silicone'd the whole sunroof and bolted it back down. Stunk to high heaven of silicone but never leaked again lol.

What products would you recommend to use?

Update: I just opened my sunroof and in the passenger side corner was a lot of water ( 3 towels worth) i know that this is obviously the drainage hole blocked but where is the hole?

There should be one at the front and the back of the sunroof

^^^ as above. Blast an compressed air can in there and dry the car. Best way to do it is to lay down a towel in the passenger footwell then empty a large bag of rice. That should absorb the moisture within a couple of days.

If it isn't a blocked drain, then obviously aerial plug or sunroof seal. The very last problem could be a windscreen seal but in your case I doubt it.

Having done all of those before, I used some Loctite silicone glue with excellent results.
