Fault code P0141. Help wanted.

   Hello.
   
   New saxo owner here. Unfortunately after a few days of buying the vehicle the engine management light comes on. Great!
   
   It turns out after a diagnostic run the fault code is P0141. An 'O2 sensor heating circuit malfunction'
   
   From looking online it seems a fairly easy fix. But I've not seen it done or know how to do it on my VTS. Can anyone help me out with a few bits.
   
   Is the sensor in the cat converter? Is it just a case of removing it and fitting a new one/resetting the code? Does the code mean anything more serious than just replacing the sensor? And last but not least, is the car ok to drive until I fix the error.

   No its the lambda sensor that wants replacing mate,the sensor isn`t in the cat at all.

   Alright Tom. Yeah it's just the lambda sensor, no biggie. Still perfectly driveable also.
   My EML light is on due to no second lambda because of the 4 branch mani.
   
   Not sure if your car has 2 lambda's or just the 1. Maybe somebody else could shed some light on that.

   It should be in the garage by Thursday. Lets see if they try and charge me and arm and a leg! Probably something I could do myself but I don't know if I'll take the chance.

   Hi, I know that this message has 2 years old but I got the same error code with my c2 VTR Gas 2007. I've replaced Sensor 2 after cat and the error p0141 is showing again. If you got a new solution to fix this I'll apreciate really a lot

   Have you cleared the codes following the new sensor
