   Gonna sound stupid for asking but im looking to spray the border around my headlights, im looking to spray them black but im not sure if its legal or not

   If you mean the inserts,then yes perfectly legal & been done loads mate.

   I just put them in the oven, opened them up and took the inserts out. Easier than spraying. It's a nice black plastic underneath.
