Power steerings went off

   My power steering has went off.
   
   Cars been stood a couple of weeks after it failed its MOT.
   
   went to take it back to the garage and the PAS is off.
   
   Any ideas?
   
   Garage has rang me saying some more things have failed (Shock) like the Offside arm has excessive play (I'm assuming this is a suspension arm?)
   
   And he told me to go on youtube to have a look at something to do with bypassing some wiring may get it on again?
   
   Any ideas?

   Are the blower and rear demister working?

   Its not the ignition switch then. Give the pump a batter with a hammer when the engines running as it may have stuck. My first saxo did that.

   Garage is having a go now, hopefully they get it going. This happened last time it was standing as well...
