Hey iv got a vts that I use in the Scottish sprint my engine has over a 100 thousand on it but still runs great but iv got a spare engine for it with 78 thousand on it that am building up for putting in it and am planning skimming the head av got cat cam 708s for it il uprate the head gasket and lighten the flywheel any thing else I could do to it for more power that's not to expensive seen as the engine is out the car and easy to work on

Yea was thinking about that but then i got told that they are well ported and polished as standard but il find out more about it

you can do a bit of work on the head over standard tbh

i would just check everything over and possibly add little items like sump baffles just and insureance to protect your engine

If your gonna go mad on an engine use the 100k engine as the block will be settled, get that blueprinted and your on your way to a good motor, but power, exhaust, intake, flow the head, skim it abit and reseat the valves... Remap and should be about 150 bhp

They all differ in standard form ive seen over 135 on a set of maha rollers from a standard car

    117 isnt bad though
