removing sun visors ( bracket to roof )

   I am trying to remove the head lining the only thing stopping me now is the sun visor bracket attached to the roof , I have removed the torx screws on the other side , so just the bracket I tried getting a screwdriver underneath it to prize it out , worried its going to snap off ! any ideas ?

   If you snap it go to the scrapyard and pocket another

   iirc its just got a plastic arrow that fits into a whole on the metalwork. If you do break it, shouldnt be hard to find in a scrappy surely?

   yes I had my fingers in behind there , it probably will break knowing my luck , hopefully I will get it off without losing my temper ( again ) lol
