Buckets - Subframes

    mf g/f kindly bought me a set of buckets, they are really nice and comfy! however, they say they are a universal fit..... they just have runners on the bottom of them and nothing else..... the seats are base mounted and not at the sides like the standard seats are........ please help

    do i need to get any saxo subframes from any make of seats then because my seats are "universal" they will fit on the frmae with the runners?

    "universal" fit, means it probably WON'T fit. U shud b able 2 get a set of runners from a company like cobra, sparco, momo etc

    me n a mte removed my passenger seat today..... new bucket only has runners on it.... so if i buy say a cobra subframe will my seat fit on that?

    you will probs have to get custom frames made

    the best bet would be to ring demon tweeks matey just say you have a saxo and the seats are universal ones and see what they can do for you!

    sub frames will fit the runners on seat, either omp or cobrue/cobra

    so what your saying is all after market seats won't fit? as thats what they are
    it's the universal sub frames you have to stay clear of as they are s***e, aslong as you get the correct subframes saxo/106 you'll have no probs:thumbup:

    the sparco frames come without sliders so if you already have the sliders/runners, buy sparco frames from tweeks and drill your own holes if necessary. easy done

    either ebay, or demontweeks, also try halfrauds, the later you don't have to pay postage so can work out cheaper

    ok, im on the demon tweeks site now, can anyone help me find subframes that will fit the "universal" seat and the sax.... there is loads of different types etc......
