Have to slam boot

   On my saxo you really have to slam the boot to shut it. Ive read that i can adjust one of the latches, how do i do this? what latch, the one on the lid or in the boot? Or could it be another problem?

   2,10mm bolts in the boot slacken them off then move the striker plate,up or down until the boot lid closes properly.

   ok cheers, whats the striker plate lol? the part which is attached to the car itself or the bit on the bootlid?

   The bit that has the bar for the latch to hook onto. Its mounted to the boot lip.
