Sunroof Problem

   Hi Folks, can anyone help me with a sunroof query? We have a 2002 Saxo 1.1 with a manual sunroof. A few days ago I was closing the sunroof by winding the handle when it suddenly went slack and lost all resistance. Now I can't close the sunroof and the weather has turned nasty! Can anyone give me any advice on what may have gone wrong with the winder mechanism? Is this something I might be able to fix? Is it a cable that's broken or is it something else? Any help would be great. Thanks

   probs the mechanism has snapped or seized. Pull it off and check

   Thanks Prickle. When you say pull it off, do you mean the winder or the frame of the sunroof? If it is this that's failed, what's the replacement part I need to get to fix it?
