Low clutch pedal

I've changed the clutch for a new valeo clutch kit and I have now replaced the cable as it was stretched but the pedal is still low and nut adjusted to the max. Any ideas

    Dear GJ,
Something isn,t right somewhere, check your clutch pedal area to make sure that there is nothing bent or out of place. Do the same with the clutch pedal lever assembly on the gearbox.
Then check it all again doubly to make sure everything is where it should be.
I would concentrate on making sure 100% that you have the correct size and length of clutch cable first, as this is easiest thing to replace, if it is incorrect. Failing that it could be down to an incorect release bearing ( being shorter in height to the originally fitted one. Or possibly the wrong clutch alltogether.
    I hope this helps,
    Vince,

Hi I checked the clutch cable and the clutch kit to the originals and they were all the same size. I've noticed that my clutch fork where the cable goes, moves without moving the rod out of the gearbox. Could this be the problem
