Steering too light when driving over 60mph

   When I drive my car slow at like 30mph the steering feels heavier than usual, then when accelerating to 100mph the steering goes really light, more light that usual. So if I turn the wheel even 1cm the car seems so fly to the right/left. Plus standing still the wheel seems to have lots of free play, any suggestions on why it might be?

   Check the tyre pressures 1st off.

   Exactly. At 60mph your tyre temps will raise making the pressure rise even further.

   I have 32 psi in the front and 30psi in the back, on 195/50/15 wheels/tyres, I check them regularly.
