Snap off quick release boss ... No key to unlock it!

Basically, i bought a momo steering wheel and boss at a bargain price off ebay... And when it turned up, i realised it had a snap off boss.

When i came to take it apart to try fit it... I realised the boss needs a key/ tool aswell to take it apart!

I messaged the seller and he said its got no key and he got it off without a key??

Anyone know how i can release it??
Or where i can purchase a key?
Or anyone who can pick the lock? :')

Or has anybody got a key that would release it? (That i could borrow)

Looks to me that key hole has already had something forced in it. Is it damaged?
