    hey.

so im on my 3rd dipstick and it seems to like snapping the end off into the sump.

The end of one of the previously broken ones is probably stuck in the tube.
Are you trying to force the new one in??

After a few braking in past, I changed to a metal one from a 1.1
But check the high/low markings match up ok.

Undo the bolt/s on the dipstick holder & see if anything is stuck in the bottom.

never had that one, then I always had the metal dipsticks so never broke off. Next best guess is you have a bit stuck down there that needs removing.

    LOL @ pizza!!!

the dipsticks seems to go down fine but don't come out so easy. going to take the tube off at the weekend and check its not kinked or bits in it.
sump is fine as ive had that off not long ago to get a seized plug out lol.

Metal one will be a good idea, il try that for the next one these stupid nylon ones are a waste
