   Isnt it just held in with 2 bolts?

   took them out but still wont move

   I cant remember exactly what it looks like lol - its been a while since i've been in a saxo so someone else might be able to give you better advice.
   
   Stupid question... Did you release the handbrake & cables?

   yeah just got it out there was a small retainer pin on the underside i didnt notice all done now
