#2Have a read around the forum, or use the search button, it's been covered a "few" times.
Briefly, for the rear: remove end plates from beam, withdrawn torsion bars, set trailing arm to desired height (use a dummy shock to get the same side to side), re-insert bars (may have to move them round to get them in), reassemble end plates etc.
For the front: buy lowering springs of appropriate height, fit.
Going down 50/60mm may well require new dampers both ends, or accepting that you will kill o.e. ones a lot faster than normal.
