wine whistle noise video

   Started my car and i can hear this winey whitle sort of noise i really cant locate exactly where the noise is comming from...
   
   
   
   could it be a vaccume leak? hmmm

   I had a similar sort of noise, I changed the cambelt and tensioner. Also changed the alternator because it was seized solid, you could have a similar problem?

   you say you changed the alternator, well my battery seems to be dead when I leave the car to sit longer than a day... is there anyway to check the alternator?

   Yeah if u put an ohm meter on the battery then start the car if the reading goes up then the alternator is fine
