Hi all I know this has been asked a lot and most people say just change the whole driveshaft but I'm a cheapskate, driveshaft's are now coming on ~£70 and I'm wary of eBay cheaps.
Someone must know how to do one, I've got the driveshaft off and have separated the inner cup from the joint (just pulled it out at an angle), the metal sleeve is still inside the cup, I assume this needs to be pulled out? Does the new metal sleeve come attached to the CV boot? Is it tapped in?
I'll post pictures in a bit.
