Remote locking.

   I've been searching all day and no luck yet.
   
   My remote locking stopped working a while ago.
   
   I've tried the whole 2 presses thing and that didn't work.
   
   I've tried to find the receiver for the fob in the car next to the sunroof but there's nothing there!!!
   
   I've checked the fuses, changed the battery in the fob, unplugged and checked what I think is the unit (under dashboard, passenger side) and can't find anything wrong!
   
   Any help?

   it should be a square box connected the wiring loom that comes through the hole behind the sun roof winder (if you have one). Might have been pushed up inside the roof/sunroof cage?
   
   
   
   Either way I'd sack all that tat off and fit a hawk kit - its just easier and less hassle

   Ill have a look Gandi, cheers, I thought it would have been in the grey box that pops out, but no... Lol
   
   I've done the whole battery thing, this has been off for months the fob.
   
   Batteries been off while changing parts etc and hasn't worked.

   Circuit board inside the keyfob may have cracked,creating a bad connection.

   I thought it might be that, I have a spare fob with an uncut key...
   
   Came with the car but I'm not sure if it will match the car.
   
   Ill try it tomorrow.

   Tried disconnecting battery mate?
   
   Leave disconnected for half hour, connect back.
   
   I did this and it cleared the problem!
