Important! : saxo vts 2003 cuts out immediately HELP!!!!

Hi, all ive recently replaced the engine on my saxo vts and its been nothing but trouble. First the fuel pump wouldn't prime... Turned out that one of the previous owners decided to remove the inertia switch so i looped the wires and that solved the problem. Now the problem is i start it and within a second maybe 2 it cuts straight out even with my foot on the throttle and it wont fire again unless i turn the ignition off and start it again. Ive replaced the following.... Map sensor, coil pack and crank sensor. Thanks in advance

Immobiliser issue maybe?
