sax being an arse again!

I jacked the sax up yesterday because i could feel vibrations and found my passenger wishbone had play in the ball joint because euros had given me the wrong pinch nut anyways me and my dad put a ford one in there and now there is no play

But i get to 65 today and there is some emmense shaking going on.
I had my wheels balanced and tracking done around a week ago and it has only started doing it since i stopped the wishbone having play

Anyone have any ideas??? If the bolt is too tight will that affect it? I thought they had to be tight with no play! (also don't have power steering )

Have you checked the engine mounts?

Also, (sounds silly and simple) but have you checked the wheel bolts are tight? As you'll probably know, they sometimes work theirselfs loose after being tightened up by garages.
