What is this noise?

    Morning all,

Changed the brakes on my 2002 VTR a few weeks ago, and have since developed a really, really strange noise.

The noise is from the passenger front wheel but only when braking and only when going slow!

The only way I can explain it is a sort of rubber against rubber noise, but I've caught a video of it and its on YouTube:

    http://youtu.be/aCAeRDMTanA - noise starts at 10 seconds

    http://youtu.be/OC5imdwHowQ - noise starts at 13 seconds.

I'd be really grateful for any help. So far on that side I have replaced the wishbone, drop link, brake pads and the upper left engine mount.

    Thanks very much.

Does not sound like anything to do with brakes normally you get a metallic sound as you say sounds like two rubber parts coming together. The way sound travels around a car are you sure it's coming from where you think is coming from. It's got me licked at the moment. Sorry

If you brake hard rather than slowly does the noise stop abruptly it sounds more engine related like when you turn of a engine after a good run.
