Please help coil pack running issues

I'm having major hassle with my vts engined Saxo car was wired in and running on all cylinders then started next time and was running on either 2 or 3 not sure

Iv got 3 codes p1327
P0351
P0352
Replaced coil pack and plugs which are fine I placed voltmeter on the plug that goes into coil pack on each of the 4 prongs and nt getting a reading from all of them the blue wire that goes in seems to have no power so I'm unsure if broken wire or if there is a relay or fus relating to coil pack or ignition system

137 is 02 sensor
351 is ignition sensor

Should there be powers coming through all the pins in the plug for the coil pack and would that 2 sensors be. Causing the major misfire and where is the ignition sensor thanks in Advance
