brakes under 13" wheels

   As some of you may know I have 13" star mags on my car and still running the standard 1.4 braking set up and to say the least they're shite, I know brin 13s I am limited to what brakes I can have but anyone know what would fit under there?
   Currently has either 10 or 15mm spacers, not entirely sure tbh!

   Under 13's, you'll struggle to get anything bigger than standard really, unless you want to fork out for some fancy multipot ones. For what it's worth, 266's will squeeze under 14's

   Does a Quiksilver run a solid or vented front disc set up??

   Mine were solids, but mine is an early one, and i don't know if they changed.

   I had vented discs and standard calipers with decent pads in my old 1.4 and that stopped good enough. Id just get vtr/s discs vented and decent pads.

   well i've seen plenty of starmags on gti's so assuming standard 106 gti/vts brakes will fit? i dont know anything about brakes or anything just a thought

    GTI brakes fit under 13s, I had GTI brakes all round on my flattie when it was rocking steelies
